A timeless Lesson in kindness

A timeless Lesson in kindness.
I normally don’t write reviews, but I wanted to take time to write a review about each story. One of the things I always emphasize with my kids is kindness. I think it is an underrated thing in the world that we are living in today, which makes it even more important for us to emphasize it with our kids. What better way to do it through storytelling! This book, in a simple way, did a wonderful job in reminding my daughter that she can, despite other‘s differences, look for a commonality that can allow space for kindness and even friendship. This book is one of my daughter’s favorites in the series. It has some fun parts in the book that she really enjoyed, and a surprise activity in the back that was fun to do with her.. This was popular on a few bedtime rounds. Just like the other books in the series, the questions in the back was a really great way to ensure reading comprehension and start a conversation.
