Where do the books ship from?
Our books ship from the United States.
How long does it take for the books to ship?
The books will ship in no more than 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return and lost package policy?
We do not accept returns. If your book arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures of the damage so that we can replace the item. You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping & Lost Package Policy
TJ’s Lessons proudly ships all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
As part of many of our promotions, our Bundle Plus package may include FREE standard shipping. Please note that free standard shipping through USPS does not include insurance.
Priority Shipping & Insurance
If you would like additional protection for your order, we strongly recommend selecting Priority Shipping at checkout.
Priority Shipping includes USPS insurance coverage and provides additional shipment protection in the event of package loss or damage. If USPS determines that a Priority Shipping package was lost or damaged in transit, customers may be eligible to file an insurance claim through USPS for reimbursement of the package contents and/or shipping costs, subject to USPS claim approval policies.
Packages shipped through Priority Shipping are generally easier to investigate and resolve through USPS support services.
Customers who select free standard shipping acknowledge that these promotional shipments do not include USPS insurance coverage.
Lost Package Policy
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, delivery responsibility is transferred to the carrier. However, we understand that shipping issues can occasionally happen, and we will do our best to assist our customers.
Because most TJ’s Lessons orders arrive within approximately 7–10 business days, customers must notify USPS and TJ’s Lessons within 10 days of the shipment date if their package has not arrived.
If your package does not arrive:
- You must contact USPS within 10 days of the shipment date to report the issue and begin a package investigation.
- You must also notify TJ’s Lessons within the same 10-day period that your package has not been received.
For any discounted replacement option to be considered, the package must first be officially determined as lost by USPS.
If USPS officially determines that your package was lost in transit, TJ’s Lessons may offer a replacement Bundle Plus package at a discounted replacement cost of $19 plus shipping.
Packages Still Pending Delivery
If a package is still marked by USPS as in transit, delayed, pending delivery, or awaiting delivery, a replacement package will only be offered at the discretion of TJ’s Lessons.
We kindly ask customers to work directly with USPS during the investigation process, as USPS has access to detailed tracking and delivery information that is not available to TJ’s Lessons.
Failure to Report Within 10 Days
If TJ’s Lessons is not notified within 10 days of the shipment date that your package has not arrived, eligibility for discounted replacement options may be forfeited.

TJ’s Lessons reserves the right to review each situation individually and may offer alternative resolutions at our discretion.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently, we do not ship outside the United States. However, we do offer E-Book versions of all our books, which can be purchased and sent to any email address worldwide.
What devices are your e-books compatible with?
Our e-books are compatible with all smartphones, computers, laptops, tablets, and iPads. You'll only need a valid email address to purchase them.
How do I schedule an author visit with L.C. Rogers or TJ?
To request an author visit, please contact us through our website's Contact Us section. Please include full details of your request along with a contact name and number for us to follow up.
Are TJ’s Lessons books for girls too?
TJ’s Lessons books are written for both boys and girls. In fact, girls are featured in each story. Girls also enjoy the lessons, characters, and fun adventures our series has to offer. Each book is designed to encourage children to see themselves in the stories while learning positive values they can carry for a lifetime.
