L.C. Rogers is a mom, motivational speaker, and creator of the award-winning TJ’s Lessons series. Inspired by her son TJ’s early challenges with behavior, she began writing stories featuring him as the main character, reflecting real-life lessons and positive Black representation, something she found lacking in children’s books.

Together, L.C. and TJ have built a meaningful legacy through their value driven books, which teach kindness, confidence, and responsibility. Each story includes built-in reflection questions to spark important conversations between children and the adults who love them.
